I need a lawyer to settle a cc debt for me
If would anyone be interested in settling a cc debt for me, I would appreciate hearing from you. I was recently sent a summons by reg mail that I answered at the clerks office today. The debt is from providian 5000, with the law firm acting as collecting agent adding on 2000 more in fees. Total 7000. Court date set for dec 4. I dont want to go to court bec I do not have 7000. I would like someone to try and settle for me for a lower amount. I would not be able to do this for myself, as I am not good at negotiating. I appreciate your thoughts. Many thanks.
