Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
I would like to know if I can legally be released from a credit card my former spouse fraudulently used this credit card after the final decree and I was unaware of the account.

If the credit card existed prior to the divorce, the answer would be no. However, you would be entitled to seek indemnification from the ex husband.
