CAN A HUSBANDS CHECKING ACCOUNT HAVE A LIEN PUT ON IT IF HIS WIFE OWES MONEY ON A CREDIT CARD.tHE HUSBAND IS NOT A COOWNER AND THE CHECKING ACCT IS IN HIS NAME ONLY
