lien on bank accounts

I currently have direct deposit and there is a lien on my bank account. Can I stop the direct deposit and cash my checks in a third party account?

You can stop the direct deposit, have the checks sent to your home, or pick them up, and cash the checks.

Have you ever considered bankruptcy to wipe out the debt?
