Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

litigation

when the person suing me started the case he made certain claims; now in the process he has ammended his claims for the 4th time; and the case looks nothing lik when he first started; does that not entitle me to anything ?

You were entitled to oppose his amendments & if the allegations contained in the amended complaint are inaccurate, you can defend or move to dismiss. Without more, its difficult to give you a more specific answer.
