Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

I ask a Medical company to set me some information about a business that they run. I ask if I would be charged and was told No. Then I was charged $4500.00 from my credit card that I could not believe was happening. Is they anything that I can do in regards to getting my money back, because these people are telling me that my money is not refundable, after going into my account. Please help Monica

They can not charge your card $4500 without your consent.More information is needed.

Contact your credit card company and tell them you are disputing the chare.
