money owed

insurance company stopped paying rehab center (legally). rehab center bills patient. patient passes away. rehab center wants money of course. siblings do not have all the money (only 30% of the total due). can rehab center come after siblings assets for the money?

Unless you promised to pay the debt, IN WRITING, do not send them anything. Siblings not responsible for debt.
