non dischargeable debt

hi can you answer this question.i filed chapter 7 in 1993.one credit card debt was not discharged due to the fact i used it before bankruptcy.i got a letter in 1993 stating that the debt is non dischargeable.my question is i have just been getting letters from the creditor that the debt was not dischargeable and they want it paid.they never obtained a judgement on this is. it still enforceable?is there a statue of limitations.there is no intrest associated on the bill.can they get a judgement? its over 9 years old thank you very much

The debt is stale. The statute of limitations has long run.
