Notice of judgement

I received a notice of summons. I received it after the 20 or 30 days to respond. I received nothing prior other than collection notices. My account is frozen. Is this legal and how do i know if they have the judgement I received nothing from a court

You can file an order to show cause to try to vacate the judgment claiming that you were never served.
