past due debt

I received a summons for past due debt, but it went to my old address. The attorneys put a freeze on my bank account. Do I have rights as I never received the summons to my new address?

Re: past due debt

Go to the Court where the judgment issued from file and Order to Show Cause to vacate the judgment. This requires immediate action.
