Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
My paycheck is being docked for an unpaid credit card from over 9yrs. ago. I don't know how to settle it. It will take years to pay back, and I cant afford the money being deducted every week. I'm a single parent who only works part time. Help!!
