Is paying off credit card debt mandatory with a refinance?

Hi, I am taking out a refinance loan for the first time. I have some credit card accounts that have been charged off, and some that are current in good standing. Is it mandatory at the closing of the refinance loan for me to pay off my credit cards? Thank you for your help.
