I am not a US Person, I do not live in the USA. I have a US Brokerage account -

If a Foreign money judgment has been issued against me - how difficult is it to place a lien on my US Brokerage account?

Easy. They merely follow the Foreign Judgment filing procedures of NYS and the judgment becomes a NY judgment.
