Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
Post Summary Judgment
After a summary judgment has been place on you, what happens next? I have no extra money in my accounts (savings or checking), no extra assests (I have a house and a car). How does the courts help the debt collector collect the debt against me? What should I expect?

Re: Post Summary Judgment
Depending on how aggresive the attorney is, they will levy on your bank accounts, garnish your wages, and put a judgment lien on your real estate.
