Are there any protections from lawsuit judgements for regular IRA, ROTH IRA, 401(k) and Social Security Disability benefits? Are any or all vulnerable? How to protect assets?

Answer: These are protected assets. If you keep these funds in a bank account that does not commingle these funds with non-exempt funds...they cannot be seized post judgment.
