Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
How to raise credit score
I owe about 20,000. I want to pay
up all my accounts that I owe so
I can get a high credit score, is this
possible. I can't seem to get a decent apartment because of me
owing money for yrs, I just want to
get a high credit score, and start over. Can the credit counselors assure me that my score will be high enough to get a decent apt or
try and get a mortgage for a coop.
Who can I turn to, I want to pay up
all my debt, and get a good score.
I need helptp negotiate with my creditors, and if I opt tp pay them
all at one time, will my credit score go up I live in Brooklyn NY 11207
Don't want no scam artist, just someone to help me out of a serious credit fault, who can I turn to ? and get results only, can my score go up ? if I pay all of my old
accounts.
Thank you
Jeanette

We as a law firm have a number of clients that we represent in negotiations with creditors. You don't need to go to a credit counsellor. This area of law is our specialty, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
