Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
Received a call from a lawfirm on 09/02/14 regarding a credit card judgement from 2006, the lawfirm purchased the account from a collection agency on 02/18/10 and information doesn't appear on my recent credit report. never received notification. what are my options please?
