Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
i have received several consumer credit transaction summons' and cannot begin to settle or pay them off. i have no assets(no home,ins,bank acct). what happens if i ignore them? i am currently employed.

If you ignore a summons a default judgment will be filed against you.
