Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Received a Motion for Summary Judgment on a credit card debt from a collection agency. Can't afford a lawyer and will go Pro Se on this. This is for NY state-southern district but NOT NY city. I don't want to give up my rights and let the court just give them the judgment without a fight. What are my options--what Motions can I file? My court date is Oct 24. Thanks

Call your credit card companies lawyer to work out a payment plan or talk to a bankruptcy lawyer.
