Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

received summons

I can not afford an attorney this is why I am asking for help on how to write an answer to a credit summons. Anyone know what to do?Please help.

go to the court where the summons was issued and tell the clerk you want to represent yourself and file an answer they should give you some assitance in filling out the form.
