Refund
I send a check of $4000 to pay out my account to ge.I noticed they took out the same amount from my checking without my permission.When i ask for refund,they told me i have to wait 30 days to get. Told they took out money to pay my mortgage.Can they hold my money for 30 days.

No, but what can you do about it? Nothing can be done legally within that time frame...you should demand they pay you lost interest on those funds as well as any bank charges associated with their acts. Good luck...
