Reposession

my car was reposessed,i was never notifyied by mail or phone. My adress had changed a few months earier and they said they were unable to contact me,yet they were able to find me when it was convient for them to pick up the car. My question is were they obligated to contact me before they reposessed the car??

Absolutely..and the mail must have gotten through or not returned...make sure that had the correct address. It is yyour obligation under the agreement to keep theminformed of any address changes.
