Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
I run a business where I allow my customers to pay by cedit card. Recently I noticed that several transactions that were approved (and the customer received goods) where never funded to my account. I realize I should have noticed this sooner but it went on for months I never got credited for over $60,000 worth of transactions. I feel my reputation has been hurt by this! Who is liable for this error?

I would think that your bank is responsible. However, more information is necessary to make the determination.
