Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

My son used his employers credit card to make $650 of unauthorized purchases. He's 21yrs old. hat can he be charged with?

This is a debt collection blog site not a criminal one. Your son used someone elses credit card to purchase goods...larceny or theft would be possible criminal charges...probably some others as well and, of course, criminal fraud.
