Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

in the state of NY,in small claims court. if some one wins the limilt 5000.00 reward because of breach of contract of $70,000, can that person who won, can he go to a higher court with the same case to get more money from the courts?

No. Generally, a litigant has "one bite at the apple." Upon the payment of the $5,000 - due to the jurisdictional limit of the Court - a satisfaction of judgment is issued and filed and the case is over.
