Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

I had a student loan that was defaulted by citibank and the loan was defaulted by citibank,many yrs

ago and 30 odd yrs later citibank hired this collection agency through the HEAC I am disabled with Advance Glaucome they asked for the health records which I mailed to them along with their form of

disability which was signed varifying my condition which they refuse to accept by denying my request in spite of the fact that my medical records substantiates that my disability is genuine I have

been unable to work for over 30yrs due to additional physical and psychiatraic illness Iam 61yrs old and receive SSI supplment to exist do you know any pro bono good civil attorneys that can help me

because I have less then 30 days to appeal their arbitrary denial am I am wholly indigent and need pro bono assistance can someone help me?
