Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

I got a summons and was served by a young kid, there is no stamp on it and clerk did not sign it? It sounds fake?

The easiest way to answer know for sure is to telephone the court clerk, give him or her the index number, and find out when the plaintiff filed the summons.
