Surviving spouse financial responsibility to deceased debt
If you are married and you do not have any joint charge accounts or loans. Any loans or charges made were without spousal agreement or signature. What is the surviving spouses financial responsibility for the deceased's debt.

If there is no signature on the debt, and the assets
all transfer directly by reason of being held jointly
with rights of survivorship, there will be no
obligation to pay Efforts by the credit card
companies to collect could result in harrasment
actions against them
