Un-freezing savings account

Is it possible to "un-freeze" savings account if a judgement is placed against myself before filing for bankruptcy?

Maybe yes. In bankruptcy, there is a doctrine called "Preferences" which often allows the setting aside of liens, judgments, etc. which were entered within 90 days of filing the petition. There are many exceptions and it's possible to go back even farther in time also. This is pretty complex stuff and you really ought to provide all the details to an atty as soon as possible. Most of the attys who advertise as doing bankruptcy law can probably advise you whether they can assist.
