Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
I am from VA and I purchased a product from a merchant in Buffalo NY through the internet that valued at $6,015.00 he has my money and never delivered the product and it's been 8 months. What is the best way to collect my money back?

How did you pay? If you paid by credit card then you should contact the company. Same if you paid using paypal.
If you delivered the merchant a check and the check cleared your bank account, or if you wired money, you would have no choice but to commence an action (in Buffalo) for the return of your money.
