wage garnishment

a writ of garnishment has been issued in Oregon but I live and work in NY. Which percentage takes presedence?

The judgment in Oregon must be domesticated in NY. The judgment creditor then issues an income execution through either the Sheriff or Marshall. NY law concerning the income execution would apply.
