Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have 2 bench warrants, one in NY and one in NJ because of failure to appear in court for traffic violatins. Can I fly to Mexico with a bench warrant?

Sure you can fly to Mexico with bench warrants. The problem is coming back into the US. Don't leave the country until they are cleared up.
