Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

3 felonies

I have a 20 year old so who has never been in trouble be4 when he was 19 years old he went to pick someone up and give them a ride with a friend of his well i guess be4 he picked the person up the person and 2 of his buddies broke in to a garage and stole 2 racing bikes each costing a few grand my son gave one kid a ride home not seeing the other 2 boys i guess they road the bikes back to there city all being charged withe the same 3 felonies on his way home from picking up the one boy my son was pulled over by police for driving with highbeams on my son being stupid was driving with out a licsense but the cop let him go you would think if he just committed a crime he would have been acting funny and the cop would not have let him go.now out of all 5 boys my son is the only one that has never been in trouble yet he is the only one who is going to felonycourt the rest of them are staying in police court one of them has even been in prison be4 3 of the boys my son did not even know. was just doing a friend a favor when going to pick the one up how that happen was my son was at a party and was the only one not drinking so my son did it so no one was DWI.all have PD. my son was never offer any thing in policecourt the other have.m

Your son needs an attorney so he can properly fight these charges. It would be a shame for him to have to cave in to this accusation simply because he doesn't have the will to fight back.
