Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I got a 140.15 for handing out fliers for a Chinese restaurant in a college dorm. The students let me in but I was charged anyway after I left the building. I cannot afford an attorney. Do I have a chance?

You should try to speak with a criminal defense attorney before going to court to at least see if they can get some information from the District Attorney's Office about what you're facing and the most probably outcomes.
