Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
So I need 40hrs of community service for trespassing on a vacant house no damage nothing. Just stood of the vacant houses porch & now Im forced to do 40hrs of community service. What if I added a 1 to the 7hrs of community service I already did to make it 17hrs? Its a written note from the store owner so all I have to do when I go to court tomorrow is hand them the note. Do courts/judges call the place to verify the amount of hours?

In essence, you are asking a bunch of lawyers what the odds are if you perjure yourself before the court. Sorry, you ae not going to get an answer out of an attorney on that one. No way would a lawyer give you odds on lying before a court of law. Lie to the court at your own peril.
