Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

6 month acod

I was given acod for 6 months after being convicted of criminal mischeif for vandalism. The 6 months is not over and I was recently charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21. Could you please give me an idea of what kind of penalty I am facing? Is there any way I can work around it?
