What is the maximum jail-time for someone who is convicted of 3rd Degree Grand Larceny as a Class D Felony?

Thid all depends on your past record, on a class D felony you may very well be able to potentially get that dropped to a misdemeanor, more importantly if it hasn't been indicted you are allowed many more options.
