Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
3rd degree robbery
If someone who charges you with a felony lied to the police about being in the military and what happened. How can this be used in the accussed favor? The felony charge is grabing a cell phone.
The accuser signed a statement to drop the charges the next day.

It goes to show the credibility of the witness and if she lied then her crdibility is immediately damaged in the eyes of the court. If this is the only witness then that's how it will effect the case. Come to the office if you need anymore help.
