2 real important questions
being charged with petit larceny and crim posession stolen property 5th degree, was given a appearnce ticket, which when went was fingerprinted , are those charges viewable to whom it may concern in high standards allthough havent been convicted yet?? or was it to check if there is a criminal record?? What kind of violation is disorderly conduct?? can it dissapear from record with an agreemet of reasonable hrs of community service????

Your questions are not very clear. I believe at this point only law enforcement would see the arrest and the charges.
