Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I am currently on a 1 year acd for possession of marijuana. The other day me and a couple of friends were drinking when cops came and game me a pink summons for underage possession of alchol (I am 19). Is this going to re-open up my case? Any help is highly appreciated! Also I live in new york city.

An ACD is not automatically restored. The DA must find out about it and move to restore. Since you were not fingerprinted on the new charge, chances are the old charge will not come up, especially in New York City.
