Can you help me
My 18 year old brother is in jail because him and my littli cousin got into an altercation and my little cousin went and made a report that my brother raped him my cousin is15 my brother hasbeen in jail for 6 months now and will be going to trial soon I just really wanted to know don't they have to have some kind of evidence to put my brother in jail because his lawyer said if he blow's trial he's looking at 25 years.
