Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
can a 15 year old person invite another person (20 y/o) into the family house when that person was advised by the parents he is not to enter their home on a prior occaision. The 15 y/o is aware the parents do not want that person in the house

You can have the person arrested for criminal trespass. Your 15 year old does not have the authority to invite someone in without your permission.
