Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My 18 year old son who is a college student was charged with petit larceny & given a sentence of 7 days community service & 6 months ACD. We live in NYC how would that affect him going into a law enforcement career?

If his record is clean otherwise, it would probably not affect his chances.
