When I was 15 years old come to US with family of immigration, I passed the examination to become the American citizenship. When I finished college, I knew a Ph.D. international student from online. He studies very good, and very smart. I fell in love with him. We are good; he wanted me to marry with him, because he wants to stay in USA. I know him two years later, He pushes me again, said, "If u love me, if you want me to stay with you, you should get marry me. Otherwise, I have to back to my country. Do you want me leave? Do you want make us a long distance relationship?� I think we will get together forever.

So, I agree with him, I married him. When we got the marriage certificate next day, he is going to apply his green card. He applies all documents by himself, he is very smart, and he checks everything. We moved to NJ for a year because he said NJ got green card much easy and faster in NY. NY State will check a lot, In NJ, it is much easy. I remember that time I was sleeping, he pull me up and let me sign, I see a probably, sign on. He is smarter, all immigration documents done by him. After 2 months later, a letter from immigration Department need to proof marry stuff, like pictures, documents, etc. he called my all of relatives, friends to attend the wedding, he didn't invite any his colleagues, friends. The wedding party is to get photos. He is very well getting a green card, and no tells me when he gets a green card. He got Ph.D. degree, and went to dentist school, leave me this city, and he like break into the line of the kite. He apply his citizen in other state ASAP, I know he fixed time, because the location need residents 3 months can apply citizen, however, he is smart it, he fixed the time. At being I called him 3 times every week, he didn�t want to answer my phone, just said, I am busy on the study, I think he is really busy study, and I didn�t care much, as long as I have the opportunity to see him would fly away, but he has never been to see me. For two years, he has no a greeting call, I call him, and asked him, he is say that the car broke down need money, his parents. Last year his parents want immigrant visa, I don't agree with, because his four years without income, tuition is still in the loan, I didn't make a lot of money, how to sponsor his parents? He wasn�t listening to me, he just applies his parents for greed card, but he needs a sponsor. He wanted my brother to sponsor to them; my brother and I are not agreeing with him. I didn't give my brother information. But his intimidation saying �Why you don't help me, you didn�t want stay with me anymore? Do you want to divorce? "I want to protect my marriage, so I give him my brother W2 information. But he did not pass my brother agree; sign the name of my brother. My brother didn�t know. And his parents to get a green card, when they got green card, they didn�t told me, they back to their country for three months. When I visited him I knew it. I check my home, all of documents are gone, I asked him, where is the marriage certificate, he didn�t give to me. I know he is a big fraud marriage. He is only used me. But I still think he is a good man, later then he called me on the phone every day, to talk about a divorce, my heart totally breaks down. He hurts me a lot. I don't know how to do, but now he directly sends a divorced letter to my parent�s home. I am depressed, and silly. Anyone can help me, what should I do now?
