Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
16 yr old. beer
16 yr. old son with friends in wooded area caught with beer. (not caught drinking it). Recd. 4 violations for underage consumption, possession of alcohol, drinking in public area and trespassing. Does he need a lawyer. Is there a fine/penalty. Does this go on permanent record. No priors, good kid, stupid mistake. help.
