Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

i have a 14 yr old daughter who has a lot of mental illness issues.and i have a lot of dealings with cps my daughter got in to a fight outside in the street and could not get her way with me she has conduct disorder and went to school and and said i did this to her i have written staments from people in the neighborhood of how she acts in the street police reports from when i had to call them on her my therapist wrote a letter of how i was trying with my daughter and they are charging me with this act in the manner injur a child
aslt in 3 w/ intent to cause phys injury
harassment2 physical contact they want me to plead to harassment and pay surcharge of 120.00 i am on a fixed income with a 4 yr old to take care of i dont want to take this plea cause i am not guilty of this she is a troubled child she wrote in a book how she wanted to see my blood in a cup pictures of a knife blood dripping off of it..i showed every thing to my lawyer and he said he would talk to the da and when he called me back he said that the da office and cps had nothing god to say about me they are not willing to drop it but i could plead to harassment and pay a surcharge i dont know what to do help.they put two cases together me and my bf had dv case and they are saying i caused the problems she has there has not been a doctor that has said that
