Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Accused of endagering a minor
I have been accused of inappropriately touching a minor(charged with endagering well being of a minor, is this a felony?). It truly is her word against mine, but I don't remember the incident and this kid isn't a bad kid or liar. What should I do? I shouldn't plead guilty to something I have no knowledge of should I?

You certainly should not plead guilty to something you may not have done. You could have also touched without it being for sexual gratification. If you don't see a criminal attorney you are a fool.
