Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
accused of food stamp fraud in ulster county,NY. Failed to report increase of income for 18 months. 6 felonies pending $6500/ needs to be paid back. Not charged yet, but expecting arraignment any day. Dont know when to expect to be arraigned and booked, but investigator question cliant 5 days ago .
Question is:
How long before I can expect to hear from the investigator??
