Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Hi, i am accused of grand larceny, and pocession of bulgulary tool which they believe were used for grand larceny. I live in new york city, and this happened in Nassau county, Long Island. I am charged with a felony. i have a clear record, and i am a student who will be getting a BA in Engineering from a well known Universtiy. I have collected a few letters from friends, family and work stating that i am a good person. i have no past criminal records at all. This is my first time and will be will last time. i have been living all my life with a goal, which is to become a successful engineer with a decent income. I will be graduating in a year. i have many certificates of distinction, i was in the school team and an important team member. my question here is there anyways this felony charge can be removed to reduced? what are the possiblities that i will serve a jail time? is there anyway i can have no record at all so that i wont have trouble finding jobs? anyway way at all?
