Your question - Do I have any recourse? -- cannot be answered satisfactorily because you have not given enough information. Was this an ACD disposition? What was the date of the "plea"? What was the explanation or justification for an adjournment longer than one year? Please contact [email protected] or call (718) 273-6229.
